Shipping policy
Please note: The shipping times you see at check-out are not equal to processing times. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders over 50€ qualify for free shipping and tracking. Shipping Rates for anything below 50€ are calculated based on current Deutsche Post/DHL shipping costs. Tracking is included in all orders as far as possible. If you have a question about shipping, or think your order should be shipped at a different price, please reach out to me!
If your order is international, it may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. chiffchaffsgarden is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over 20€ within Nuremberg. For orders under 20€, I charge 10€ for local delivery.
Deliveries are made during a time you and I agree on. I will contact you via e-mail with the e-mail address you provided at checkout to discuss the time of delivery.
In-store pickup
Most of my greeting cards are available for sale in the three Rösttrommel Cafés and Next Door Coffee Club, though I cannot guarantee the exact card you are looking for will be available there. The addresses of the shops my cards are sold in are as follows:

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at erica@chiffchaffsgarden.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at erica@chiffchaffsgarden.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See my returns policy for a more detailed explanation.
